Dishwasher Invokes Minor Law to Make Lazy Manager Do Her Part

Being understaffed and having a manager who refuses to do any extra work is a recipe for a bad day. When this employee was told they had to stay late just because their manager wasn't willing to help, they pulled a classic reverse Uno card move. There are a surprising amount of bad bosses out there, like this incompetent manager who threw away 40 computers. or this boss who told a guy to guard a spill.

Person can't make it to work on time- you help them arrange a ride or pick them up yourself. Person can't do the job correctly- you train them yourself.
